WHAT IS YOUR PICKUP POLICY?

Rental items are available for pickup on Wednesday evening before your event...If items are not booked the weekend before I will contact you to let you know that you can pick up your items early.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items must be returned no later than Monday following your event. Items must be returned in as rented condition.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash, Check, Debit Cards and Credit Cards

DO YOU PRICE MATCH?

Yes...Bring me an advertised or quoted price for exact items...I am posting my prices so you know up front what your items are going to cost...By doing this I will have some companies try to under price me...I do want your business and will definitely work with you.

DO YOU OFFER FREE PERSONAL CONSULTATIONS?

Yes...You will receive personal consultations with me at no cost...

HOW DO I RENT FROM YOUR COMPANY?

To reserve your date and items I ask for a completed rental agreement and a deposit...If your order is under $50 I ask that the full amount due accompany the rental agreement...If your order is over $50 I ask for a $50 deposit...The deposit is nonrefundable
